(SEATTLE, January 14, 2024) – Global design firm º£½ÇÉçÇø released its 2024 Annual Report today. The report highlights how the 100% employee-owned firm is meeting society’s most pressing issues head on, from the personal perspectives of their integrated design leaders.

From industry-leading LEED Platinum and net-zero cultural and educational institutions to new models for trauma-informed youth and family justice campuses, mixed-use communities of scale in China and the Middle East, and technological advancements in AI and automation, the report centers on º£½ÇÉçÇø’s notable projects from 2024. It also shares the perspectives of luxury interiors and public safety design leaders who joined º£½ÇÉçÇø with its acquisition of two award-winning California firms: BraytonHughes Design Studios and RossDrulisCusenbery.

The tremendous legacy of former CEO Griff Davenport, FAIA, is highlighted. His 40-year career led the firm through major expansion; he continues as Chair of the Board. The firm’s two new managing principals, California Region Leader Pamela Touschner, FAIA, and Chief Design Officer Peter Rutti, AIA, NCARB, discuss their commitment to strategic growth and design culture.

Finally, the firm noted a record performance year across diverse metrics including client satisfaction, community impact, design excellence, and financials. º£½ÇÉçÇø’s design work was recognized with almost 70 awards, while its 1,700+ employee owners committed thousands of hours to volunteering.
